Matt (He/Him/’Jefe’)
The owner of RFLH. Red Seal Horticulturalist and QEP, with a couple of decades in the industry. He can also be found at the Pacific Horticulture College where he is the instructor for the IPM programs as well as Plant Health, Turf Management etc.
Danni (She/Her)
Our favourite Mancunian is also our Horticulture project lead. Danni is also our resident orchardist and is quickly getting some machine time under her belt.
Becky (She/Her)
Our Restoration Lead-hand. She runs all things environmental at RFLH. That said, you can still often find her on landscaping projects as well.
Logan (He/Him)
LL is our handyman so is more comfortable with a tool belt than secateurs (but his thumb is greening up nicely). His carpenter’s eye has lead him to become our top hedge pruner.
Ri (They/Them)
Ri is our Agri-expert as they are one of the owners of The Glade Farm in Metchosin. Ri can be found on all types of our projects but is leading our Agricultural division and our social media.

He’s back for another year!

Our resident bee whisperer. A great guy to help with our honeybees (even though he’s often a bit sticky…)
