Danni (She/Her)

Our favourite Mancunian is also our Horticulture project lead. Danni is also our resident orchardist and is quickly getting some machine time under her belt.

Becky (She/Her) Dip. Environmental Technology

Becky is a skilled and trusted field lead whose deep knowledge of plants and sharp attention to detail make her an invaluable part of the Redfeather team. With a strong foundation in nursery production and years of hands-on experience in both ornamental and native plant care, she brings expertise in plant selection, establishment, and long-term maintenance to every landscape project.

Her calm leadership, strong work ethic, and positive energy keep projects moving smoothly—whether she’s managing complex installations, fine-tuning plant health in the field, or guiding crews on large-scale sites. Becky holds a Pesticide Applicator Certificate and applies integrated pest management (IPM) principles to ensure plantings stay healthy and resilient without unnecessary chemical inputs.

Known for her bubbly personality and practical know-how, Becky excels at balancing aesthetics with horticultural best practices. From sourcing high-quality specimens to ensuring successful transplanting and aftercare, she helps create landscapes that thrive for years to come. Outside of work, she’s a dedicated volunteer and avid soccer player whose team-first attitude is evident on every project she touches.

Logan (He/Him)

LL is our handyman so is more comfortable with a tool belt than secateurs (but his thumb is greening up nicely). His carpenter’s eye has lead him to become our top hedge pruner.

Meira (She/Her)

Meira joined us after completing her Horticultural training at the Pacific Horticulture College. She has quickly established her role in both our Horticulture and Agriculture teams.
